1.1. This document sets out the general conditions for participation in tourist events organized by the Tour Operator, FORSAIL Sp.J.
1.2. FORSAIL Sp.J. with its registered office in Warsaw 01-445, at Ciolka Street 13 lok. 111, NIP: 527-24-52-434, conducts business activity in the field of organizing tourist events and acting as an intermediary on behalf of clients in concluding contracts for the provision of tourist services within the meaning of the Act of November 24, 2017 on tourist events and linked travel services and is entered in the Register of Tour Operators and Entrepreneurs Facilitating the Purchase of Linked Travel Services kept by the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under number 737 and has a Tour Operator liability insurance issued by AXA TUiR SA.
1.3. Signing the Agreement for participation in a tourist event is tantamount to reading and accepting these Terms of Participation in tourist events organized by FORSAIL Sp. j. by the reporting person and other participants of the Event.

2.1. The parties to the Agreement are FORSAIL Sp.j, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer, and an adult applicant, hereinafter referred to as the Client, making the reservation and signing the Agreement for participation in the event; in the case of minors, it is a parent or legal guardian. The Participant may be the Customer who registers participation in the Event and the person/s nominated by him/her.
2.2. Reservation of a place at a tourist event organized by the Organizer, hereinafter referred to as the Event, can be made by filling in the booking form at or (online booking), or by e-mail or telephone booking.
2.3. After making the reservation, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation along with documents to be completed and sent back to the Organizer, including the contract for participation in the tourist event.
2.4. The conclusion of the Agreement for participation in a tourist event (hereinafter: the “Agreement”) takes place when the Agreement is signed by the Customer and the representative of the Organizer and the Participant pays the advance payment specified in points 3.1. – 3.4. In the case of an online booking, the contract is considered concluded when the online payment is made.

2.6. By concluding a contract with the Organizer, the Customer also does so on behalf of other Participants registered by him/her and thus assumes the responsibility of keeping the terms of the contract by each Participant registered by him/her.
2.7. In the case of participation in foreign events, when concluding the Agreement, the Organizer informs the Customer about passport, visa and sanitary regulations as well as about special health or life hazards at the place of the planned event and about the possibility of insurance related to it. Pursuant to the Regulation /EG/ 2111/2005 of 14/12/2005, the Organizer is obliged to inform the Customer about the name of the airline performing the transport. The Organizer reserves the right to change airlines and flight numbers and is obliged in this case to inform the Customer immediately after making such a change.
2.8. The Customer is obliged to inform the Organizer immediately about each change of personal and/or contact details or this information should be provided to the Organizer not later than 7 (seven) days before the Event. If the Organizer is not informed about the change of the data referred to in the preceding sentence or the information is provided within a period preventing the Organizer from completing the necessary formalities, the Organizer shall not be liable for the resulting consequences.

3.1. The Participant is placed on the permanent list of participants of the Event after signing, by the person applying for participation in the Event, the Agreement for participation in the Event and making an advance payment.
