What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data by Forsail?
We process your personal data for the purposes indicated below, based on Forsail’s legitimate interest, which is:
• conclusion and performance of a charter agreement, participation in summer camps, summer camps, camps, training, cruises or other trips organized by Forsail based on your consent and the necessity to conclude and perform the agreement
• maintaining your order processing account and contact related to the performance of the contract
• handling requests that you send to us (via the contact form) based on your consent
• conducting marketing activities, including direct marketing of Forsail’s own services based on your consent (if such has been given)
• contact for purposes related to permitted marketing activities, by e-mail, telephone, post, based on your consent (if such has been given)
• organization of loyalty programs, competitions and promotional campaigns in which you can participate, based on your consent (if such has been given)

What is the scope of your data processing?
The Administrator, through the Website and other forms of communication, collects and processes the following personal data of Users provided during the registration processes on the Website:

  • name and surname of the participant, year and place of birth, address of residence
  • name and surname of the parent or legal guardian, email address, telephone number, address of residence
  • health information
    Do you have to provide us with your personal information?
    Providing data for the above-mentioned purposes is voluntary. If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, unfortunately we will not be able to respond to contact via the contact form, we will not be able to conclude and implement the service contract.
    What are your rights towards Forsail regarding the processed data?
    We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete your data, limit their processing, the right to transfer them and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
    Your data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.

You have the right to lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by us to the authority
supervisory authority, which is the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (address: Inspector General for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Who do we share your personal data with?
The personal data you provide will not be passed on to a third party.
Due to the need to prevent Internet robots from performing certain functions on our website, we use the Google reCAPTCHA mechanism to occasionally check whether the behavior of our website users does not bear the hallmarks of robot behavior. In such a situation, we may disclose your IP address to Google LLC.
How long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data for marketing purposes until you object to such processing.
We store personal data received for the purpose of performance of the contract and participation in events organized by Forsail for the duration of the contract concluded with you and until the expiry of the obligation to store personal data resulting from the law, in particular the obligation to store accounting documents.
Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?
If the Google reCAPTCHA mechanism is used, your IP address may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data, approved by the European Commission.
The personal data provided by you may be transferred to Forsail contractors from outside the European Economic Area for the purposes of the charter agreement. These data will be provided only to the extent necessary to perform the contract between Forsail and you. Recipients can be, for example, hotels, yacht owners, insurers, carriers, authorities requiring registration of the list of participants, etc.

Cookies policy

  1. The Administrator uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User’s end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s ICT system.
  2. The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s end device, and then gains access to the information contained therein for the purposes of:
    a. creating statistics that help to understand how Users use websites, which allows improving their structure and content;
    b. marketing (remarketing)
    c. defining the User’s profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network,
    d. ensure proper operation of the Store.
  3. It is possible to configure the web browser by the User in such a way that it prevents the storage of cookies on the end device. However, in such a situation, the use of the website by the User may be difficult.
  4. Cookies may be deleted by the User after saving them through the appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or using the appropriate tools available as part of the operating system used by the User.

In matters not covered by the regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant acts of Polish law, as well as European Union law, in particular the GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC).
